- Use of the Website
User Conduct: You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the Website’s operation or any other user’s use and enjoyment of the Website.
- Booking and Payments
Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
Payment: An advance payment is required to secure a confirmed booking for any contracted services. The remaining balance can be settled either before your departure from your home country or upon your arrival in India, but it must be paid in full before the commencement of the services. The management reserves the right to determine the amount of the advance payment, taking into consideration the nature of the service and the time remaining until the service begins. Full payment is required when booking unless otherwise specified in some cases like Adhoc tours, hotels or resort bookings during the peak season etc..
Cancellation and Refunds: Our cancellation and refund policy vary depending on the service provider and will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Our General cancellation policy is as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: No Cancellation fee
- 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost
- 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour/service cost
- 7 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the Tour/service cost
- No show or cancellation within 48 hours: No refund
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after receiving your cancellation request and will be credited back to your original payment method. Any applicable refunds will be processed after deducting the charges as stated in the cancellation policy.
Refunds are subject to the terms and policies of the respective service providers (Hotels, Airlines, Tours, Entry Tickets etc.), and cancellation fees may apply.
Note: We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
Special Conditions: Certain services such as flights, trains, or special event bookings may have different cancellation terms which will be specified at the time of booking.
Changes to the Policy: The agency reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy based on the service provider's terms or exceptional circumstances.
Note: Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sundays will be considered on the next working day (Monday)

HOLIDAY SEASONS acts solely as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors providing other services. All exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by us are subject to the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by the respective entities.
All itineraries provided are sample itineraries meant to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Various factors such as weather, road conditions, and the physical ability of participants may necessitate changes to the itinerary either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to alter any schedule in the interest of the participant's safety, comfort, and general well-being.
Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines, etc. Both hotels and airlines retain the right to modify their rates without notice. In such cases, the rates quoted before the modification can be adjusted by us in accordance with the changes made by the hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on the usual check-in and check-out times of the hotels unless otherwise indicated in the itinerary.
We shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred, directly or indirectly, due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns of machinery or equipment, transport issues, weather conditions, sickness, landslides, political closures, or any other unfortunate incidents.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any act of God, dangers, fire, accidents, breakdowns in machinery or equipment, transport issues, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or customs department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to arrange for such insurance in their home country. All baggage and personal property are always at the client’s risk .
We will not be responsible for any costs arising from unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, roadblocks, bad weather, or similar events.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOLIDAY SEASONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Website; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Website.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HOLIDAY SEASONS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any/all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.
